When 美国niversity determines whether alleged conduct violates this policy, it will consider all of the facts and circumstances involved in the incident, including the nature of the alleged conduct and the context in which it occurred.

• a. Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment means conduct on the basis of 性 that satisfies one or more of the following:
